What you will do as a Quality Engineer:
  • Support in the creation of quality plan documents, pro-active input into product and process design (according to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP);
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to ensure process stability;
  • Define and implement inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria for components and final products;
  • Ensure customer quality requirements are met and manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving (8D, CAPA, etc.);
  • Support supplier quality management, including incoming material inspections and supplier audits.
What will you need to succeed:University degree in Engineering; * 3+ years of relevant work experience in Quality;
  • 2+ years previous experience in multinational companies;
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3 standards;Experience with APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and problem-solving tools; * Advanced English language skills;What we offer:
