• Collaboration on innovation, technology and organizational projects within and outside the specialist area;
• Plan and implement production systems and processes for existing and new products in the plants to be serviced worldwide in cooperation with all relevant departments;
• Ensuring that planning, procurement, commissioning, parameterization and clocking-out of production and testing systems are carried out in accordance with requirements, taking into account the project objectives and applying knowledge of almost all production processes, as well as developing new or further developing existing system technologies;
• Planning and monitoring of equipment budgets on equipment level with the aim to meet the given targets;
• Creation, maintenance and reconciliation of the operating resources schedules with the project schedules in cooperation with the project team;
• Collaboration in the know-how transfer within the own department as well as support of the supervisor in the know-how transfer and onboarding process in the plants of the HV segment to be supervised.

• Higher Education or comparable training or master or technician in production;
• 2 years of experience in Automation;
• Knowledge of English;
• Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Prepared to take business trips including sojourns abroad (no long-term stays abroad).
