Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.The role of the Accounting Analyst is to provide financial data and accounting processing services for various groups in the MCBC business units such as Sales, Commercial, Tax, Supply Chain related to the finance closes; this includes posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, reports & maintaining appropriate documentation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs month end closing activities such as posting journal entries and accounts reconciliations
  • Analyses information and variances; identifies, investigates and explains variances from prior periods and exceptions
  • Summarize and reports financial and non-financial data (qualitative)
  • Explains accounting differences and registers corrective accounting notes in SAP
  • Ensures GL, balance sheet and P&L accuracy
  • Prepares monthly key reports that support the decision-making process
  • Analyses processes to identify opportunities for improvement or root causes of exceptions
Skills and relevant work experience:Required:
  • Accounting knowledge - Accruals, reclass, prepayment/ min 1 year experience in accounting area, invoice processing, bank processing
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Good MS Office knowledge with focus on Excel ((pivot, Vlook-up, Sum, Sum if)
  • Good English level: B2
Preferred:
  • SAP (reconciliations, GL check, P&L check, internal order, cost centers)
