- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation assistance.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, such as standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the operations function.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruiting or HR administration is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
