Job Description & SummaryThe OpportunityPwC is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.Our Managed Services team, the ADM based in Bucharest, provides exceptional services for other PwC entities in Western Europe and we are currently looking for an HR Data Analytics Junior Consultant.What you will be doing:Data analysis tasks:Actively contribute to the execution of the annual compensation survey projects.Validate and manage participant lists, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Draft and send professional email communications to clients, including invitations, instructions, and follow-ups.Track survey responses, maintain status dashboards, and escalate delays or issues as needed.Gathering compensation data for the 100 largest listed companies – based on their annual reports / compensation reports.Capture and input the required data into the Data Point Collector (DPC) tool, following structured guidance embedded in the platform.Support the preparation and processing of datasets for internal and client-facing reports.Assist in the development of the annual Design Report by organizing and validating data input.Collaborate with the Client Service Team to ensure data is ready for analysis and interpretation.Risk and Billing tasks:During peak times (February – August) you will also have an active role in Risk Management and Billing Activities:Issuing invoices correctly within deadlines and sending them to the clients.While doing this, you will check the internal database in this respect (client data, validity of contract).Actively report on the status of the client account and tracking unpaid bills.Respond to clients’ requests or escalate them, depending on the complexity level.Assisting with the administration and management of key accounts.ERP: SAP & Salesforce.What we need from youMinimum 1 years of experience in data analysis, HR data analysis would be a plus.Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools; experience with survey platforms is a plus.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.English is a must; German is a plus.What we offerYou will work directly with our colleagues in Western Europe.You will have the opportunity to fast-track your career, as the team will continuously grow (If you contribute to the success of this new project).You will be in touch with a multi-cultural team of experts on various topics and in different locations.You are part of and contribute to an entrepreneurial work culture with a supportive feedback mindset.You can take part in team events to network and meet your colleagues.You should expect an accelerated but rewarding learning experience, with continuous upskilling / training sessions, and many opportunities to advance your career alongside the business growth.Hybrid working: work from home & office presence - balance.#LI-BS1 #LI-Hybrid
