- Act as Siemens' representative in the rollout process of the new Software Defined LAN service.
- Review and provide technical feedback on high-level and low-level network designs submitted by the managed service provider, ensuring compliance with Siemens' existing solution design documentation.
- Serve as the Siemens technical single point of contact (SPOC) during all phases of the transition: preparation, execution, result collection, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service transition and delivery.
- Support the enhancement and continuous improvement of site transition processes and the solution design documentation.
- Coordinate and ensure resolution of network-related issues that arise during rollout.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all partners, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience with network technologies, with a solid focus on Local Area Networks (LAN).
- Good understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies related to LAN environments.
- Experience in network transformation or service transition projects is a notable advantage.
- Familiarity with Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Has a collaborative mentality and the ability to work independently when required.
- Proactive and meticulous with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and able to navigate complexity and ambiguity in large-scale projects.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
