- 1-3 years recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency
- Experience of direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects in cross country environments
- Proactive, adaptable, driven and tech-savvy
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- English proficiency at least B2.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across CE region to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and approaches.
