Financial Controller

• Follow up of procedure for approval of invoices: cost invoices, investment invoices;

• Monthly report of CAPEX: upload data from ERP system actual vs Budget;

• Calculate production hourly rates for various project and update them into ERP system, alignment with BOM routings

• Gross margin report analysis on monthly base.

• Cost center reporting on monthly base; Early update for Budgeting process

• Standard cost calculation into ERP system / check deviation on monthly/ quarterly base

• Intercompany prices update into ERP system base on TP policy.

• Follow up of internal project update in the ERP system, alignment with project manager for budgeting of projects.

• Update of Liquidity report on daily base.

• Twice a week proposal of payments in multi-currency EURO/ RON/USD based on data from ERP - monthly reconciliation on bank accounts with accounting departments, adjustment of bookings in the ERP if necessary, back up person for bank statement bookings;

• Other reports for management in relation with treasury.

• Checking of balance sheet / P&L account before end month closing according to procedure, prepare data for consolidation;

• Follow up accruals , adjustment on P&L balance sheet;

• ERP / Business reporting tools;

• To support the whole team of finance to improve ERP process.

• University degree in Finance or Accounting;

• Experience in Finance / Controlling minimum 3 years;

• Advanced knowledge of English mandatory, German is a plus;

• Experience with any ERP system, preferred Infor LN ( Ex BAAN);

• Good command of MS Office applications - Excel;

• Good interpersonal skills and communication, dynamic team player.
