- Design and develop manual test cases to test multiple applications in the Managed Solutions tribe domain
- Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and business analysts to review and analyze requirements and create test scenarios and/or update existing test cases
- Coordinating test activities with vendor, IT, and business users across countries and time zones
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attend daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to sprint retrospectives.
- Is an integral part of the SDLC process by creating/approving TER(test execution report) for production deployments
- Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal quality standards
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of financial products, services, and systems (e.g., ordering, advisory, portfolio management)
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Good SQL knowledge for data queries and manipulation
- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excel in cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in Banking/Finance domain
- German at B1 level or higher is appreciated.
- Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks is a plus
