TasksJob Objective: Responsible for Cross function and ERP IT Applications, management, maintaince, customization and improvement of existing systems by using current IT technologies together with the IT team and business - Client departments.Assignments/ Main tasks:o Daily monitoring of system performance, resolving incidents, and ensuring the availability of the applications and systems for which it is responsible.o Identifying, the development projects and developing and configuring automated processes, according to technical requirements and specifications, by using current IT technologies, together with IT team and Business - Client departments.o Identifying opportunities for improvement and/or automation of existing processes in the company's departments.o Providing technical support, creating, verifying and tracking tickets created by/for affected users.o Development of training sessions for existing users (refresh type), and for new users, improvement of existing procedures and courses, collection of feedback from users, UAM and Deletion concept.o Development and testing of specific procedures for Cross Function and ERP applications and systems according to active procedures and methods.o Maintain precise and accurate documentation of all configurations, modifications, and procedures related to the applications and systems for which it is responsible.o Reviewing and updating the documentation in accordance with the standards and regulations in force.o Preparing reports for the management team.o Collaborating with colleagues in the IT department, including participating in existing meetings in order to improve the ERP systems and applications for which he is responsible, and with various other departments to ensure the alignment of the ERP system and applications with business processes.QualificationsEducation:o IT Higher EducationExperience (Type):o At least 2 years operating in a work environment based on providing IT services corresponding to business requirementso At least 2 years administration and participation in projects for the implementation of applications or IT systemso At least 2 years of experience as an IT Specialist in ERP systemso At least 2 years - Application Administration - Product Lifecycle Managemento Process analysis and documentation skills, communication, presentation and reporting skillso Network and transport layer (IP, IPSec, TCP), Basic application layer (DNS, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, HTTP)o Basic authentication and security protocols (AD, SSO, GAS, SSL, VPN, HTTPS).
