- Conduct daily security inspections to ensure compliance with badge access, Clean Desk Policy, and the use of approved websites and applications.
- Prevent unauthorized disclosure of confidential information through non-authorized channels.
- Document compliance results from daily inspections, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure follow-up and documentation of corrective actions.
- Perform monthly checks on badge access reconciliation and work schedules for secured areas.
- Ensure parity between entries and exits as per antipassback solutions.
- Conduct weekly CCTV sample checks to ensure rule compliance, functionality, and appropriate recording practices.
- Oversee a documented user management process, conduct monthly reviews, and inform relevant teams of any deviations.
- Perform monthly compliance checks and daily physical inspections of Yubikey secure storage.
- Develop and ensure 100% completion of mandatory security trainings.
- Monitor weekly completion status.
- Act as POC for FMEA documentation and collaborate with BISO for risk control transparency.
- Execute control plan actions and inform clients of necessary risk mitigation measures.
- Promptly report security incidents, detailing detection time, incident description, personnel involved, and suggested resolutions.
- Lead internal assessments across 10 security domains and support corrective action plans.
- Ensure Level 2 control checks for new hires and verify employment documentation compliance monthly.
- Prepare and send monthly compliance reports to management and security teams.
- Host monthly security meetings to discuss results and key actions with the CNX OPS management team.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
