Travel availability: ~30% (within Romania, plus Poland, Moldova, Bulgaria, Marocco)Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our commercial perimeter (acquisitions)by managing the full employee life cycle and partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders.This role combines operational HR execution with business partnering responsibilities and requires strong business acumen, the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively, and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced environment.The position is operational in nature, with a strong field component and direct exposure to commercial activities.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & Operational HRAct as HR point of contact for the Pioneer perimeter (commercial sites included)Understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR initiativesSupport and advise managers on people-related matters (performance, structure, retention, engagement)Ensure alignment of people decisions with company policies, values, and internal equityEmployee Life Cycle ManagementEnsure smooth integration and follow-up of new joinersManage employee relations topics and provide structured guidance to managersContribute to retention strategies and workforce stabilityOrganizational Support & DevelopmentSupport organizational design and team structuring when neededCoordinate the performance management and talent management processesIdentify risks and propose proactive HR solutionsCollaborate with internal HR teams and Centers of ExcellenceContribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiativesField ExposureTravel to commercial sites (~30%) to ensure proximity to operationsProvide on-site HR support and reinforce company culture and standardsProfile & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceUniversity degree3-5 years of relevant HRBP experiencePrevious exposure to commercial, sales, procurement, or BPO environmentsExperience managing the employee life cycle (recruitment → onboarding → development)Comfortable in both structured corporate and field environmentsLanguageEnglish - B2 (oral & written) - mandatoryTechnical SkillsProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Competencies & Personal AttributesStrong business acumen and ability to challenge constructivelyAnalytical thinker with structured decision-making approachDetail-oriented and organizedSelf-driven, proactive, and accountableTeam player with strong stakeholder management skillsHardworking and resilientDesire for long-term stability and growthWhat We OfferSalary + Benefit PackageLaptop & mobile phoneStructured onboarding & 2-4 week training periodIntegration into a dynamic and international HR teamRecruitment ProcessRecruiter Interview (remote)HR Manager Interview (on-site/video conference)Final Interview with Board Director
