- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to assess the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial statements, records, and transactions;
- Evaluate internal controls, policies, and procedures to identify potential areas of risk or improvement;
- Examine financial documents, reports, and systems to ensure they adhere to relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards;
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify the accuracy of financial information and identify discrepancies or irregularities;
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for corrective measures;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to address and resolve audit-related issues;
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans, schedules, and methodologies to optimize the audit process;
- Provide guidance and support to junior auditors, if applicable, and participate in their training and development;
- Monitor and analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years of proven experience in auditing;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards;
- Proficiency in using audit software, financial management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner;
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
