Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.THE JOURNEY- Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Qualify leads from scrapping pipelines as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatApp Business
- Present our company to potential clients, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
- Report to the Sales Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
- Support pipeline growth by participating in strategic lead generation events and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE- Proven work or internship experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas (e.g. daily calls).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office, Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
