Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.This role will provide finance and accounting data processing services related to the accounts payable postings, invoice processing (raising NON POs), travel and expenses processing & maintaining appropriate documentation. Contributes to establishing quality and accuracy checks and performs controls to ensure information correctness and in time processing. Organizes and delivers training in Procure to Pay area, being a subject matter expert in the operations allocated. Ensures training and coaching for the new collegues from Procure to Pay.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess timely and accurate invoices (Non PO raising), check requests, credit memos and travel and expensesAudit on the expenses submitted by the employeesBooking of accounting documents (Invoices, Payments, Travel and Expenses) in the Enterprise Resource Planning System according to the existing Standard Operating ProceduresVendor account reconciliationCreate and update the working procedures periodicallySummarize and report financial and non-financial data.SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCEPrevious experience + 9 months+1 year experience in FinanceAdvanced English levelPlanning, organizing and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and numerical skillsSAP & Excel experienceConcur - nice to have#LI-HybridMolson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
