Join us and see the difference.Work #LikeABoschJob DescriptionIn this role, you act as a key driver of Sales Reporting digitalization and automation, supporting Sales and Management with transparent, efficient, and data‑driven insights.Key Responsibilities:
  • You design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end Power BI solutions for sales controlling KPIs
  • You will build automated data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong user experience.
  • You will translate business requirements into clear, user‑friendly analytical solutions
  • You will drive automation and efficiency improvements through advanced BI and analytics solutions
  • You will ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance across all sales‑related reports and KPIs.
  • You will contribute to management‑ready insights supporting planning, performance reviews, and decision‑making
QualificationsEducationBusiness Administration, Finance and Controlling, Data Analytics.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Digitalization, data modeling, and reporting.Knowledge:
  • Power BI expertise, including Power Query, DAX, semantics, and data modeling in Power BI Service
  • Business Intelligence & reporting principles, covering KPI definition, bridge analysis, and dashboard UI/UX design
  • Sales Controlling fundamentals, including KPIs such as price, volume, margin, sales, and process mapping
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 tools, with experience in data preparation and automation
Competences:
  • Sales Controlling & Pricing Know‑How - solid understanding of sales performance drivers, pricing KPIs, and controlling concepts, with the ability to translate them into meaningful reports and insights
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting Design - ability to design intuitive, management‑ready dashboards with strong attention to UI/UX and clear storytelling through data.
  • Strong stakeholder orientation, able to translate business requirements into clear, user‑accepted dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced analytical and automation skills with a strong focus on efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
LanguagesEnglish proficient user.
