- Entering leads into the CRM and updating them in the various phases of the sales process;
- Creating customer accounts in the CRM;
- Maintaining CRM and Oracle customer data; • Understanding customer needs;
- Introducing opportunities in CRM updating them at every stage;
- Creating offers in C1 for and together with the sales force for products, including service, customized products (ETO), project services, delivery and commissioning;
- Collecting and preparing documents for tenders and coordinating with the different business units, including legal and finance departments;
- Reviewing public tender portals to identify leads;
- Preparing bids for major projects;
- Working with the sales teams to create and update framework agreements and OEM contracts.
- Preparing quotations for sales staff and customers in a timely manner;
- Preparation of special price requests (SPR) in coordination with the price positioning of the sales force;
- Contacting customers, suppliers and sales staff by telephone and e-mail;
- Comprehensive communication with customers, suppliers and sales staff about products and the Vertiv sales process.
- Order processing from PO being received, order validation and order handover to OM.
- Continuous improvement of the process;

- Commercial acumen with good negotiation skills;
- Proficient user of the Microsoft 360 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
- Proficient in the use of Configure One (C1) and Oracle CRM;
- Solid analytical skills and Excel proficiency;
- Self-motivated and able to work in stressful situations with different departments and coworkers;
- Flexible attitude to activities outside specific job functions;
- Ability to work independently or as a team member, self-disciplined;
