- Sourcing of technical roles, with emphasis on Software Engineering, QA Engineering (manual and automation), DevOps, and related positions.
- Partner with Lead Recruiter and hiring teams to intake requisitions, define job requirements, calibrate profiles, and build effective talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies; conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound sourcing primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter (required) and other relevant channels.
- Craft compelling outreach and follow-up sequences; personalize messaging to improve response rates and candidate experience.
- Act as an ambassador of the employer brand—effectively selling the company, team mission, and growth opportunities; tailor messaging to different technical audiences (Engineering, QA, DevOps).
- Screen candidates for technical fit, role alignment, communication skills, and motivation; present strong slates with clear assessment notes.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and help reduce bias through structured processes and diverse sourcing strategies.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, job descriptions, and interview practices; share best practices with the broader talent team.
- Extensive experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency) recruiting for Software Engineering and/or QA Engineering roles.
- Demonstrated strength in LinkedIn sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) including Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels (e.g., mid-level through senior/lead) and supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence, advise, and drive alignment with hiring teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the company professionally with candidates and internal partners.
- Demonstrated ability to sell opportunities and strengthen employer branding through compelling storytelling, candidate engagement, and consistent representation of company values.
- Operational rigor with ATS/CRM usage, reporting, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a contract capacity and ramp quickly in a fast-paced environment.
