Receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and provide direct solutions for basic requests;
Analyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users;
Document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer support;
Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude;
Fluent English and good German language skills;
Very good communication skills.
