- Provide users with timely and accurate solutions by identifying issues, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Enhance client satisfaction and references by creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
- Accommodate client disabilities by suggesting appropriate devices and techniques.
- Mitigate legal challenges by vigilantly monitoring compliance with service agreements.
- Identify and address system performance issues, recommending necessary changes for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies through continuous participation in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Contribute to the accomplishment of information systems and organizational missions by delivering related results as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities
- In-depth LAN knowledge
