- Host live casino games (Blackjack, Roulette or Baccarat) in front of the camera
- Interact with online players in Russian
- Follow simple procedures and game rules (we teach you everything)
- Create a professional, engaging experience
- Work as part of an international, supportive team
- Fluent in Russian
- Conversational level of English
- Comfortable being on camera
- Open to shift work (day/night rotations)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Energy, presence, and professionalism

- 4,100 net – first 1-9 months
- 5,000 net – from the 10th month
- Up to 9,000 RON net/month total earnings with bonuses
- Up to 3,000 RON/month performance bonus
