For our newly forming HR team in Romania, we are looking for a colleague who takes ownership of their work, can prioritize effectively, communicate with management, and isn’t afraid to ask for help — because you definitely won’t be on your own here.The main responsibilities will include a mix of recruiting frontline workers and office roles, as well as contributing to recruitment marketing and Employer Branding.What is it like working with us?

What will your responsibilities include?
Finding the most effective ways to reach candidates (white-collar and blue-collar).
Managing the full recruitment process — from drafting job ads to collecting hiring manager feedback.
Monitoring the market and continually developing your skills in talent acquisition.
Maintaining strong relationships with managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to ensure smooth collaboration.
Participating in recruitment campaigns, process improvements, and anything related to hiring.
What do we expect from you?
English level B2, Romanian level C2
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Willingness to recruit across different departments (white- and blue-collar roles)
