- Pursue sales leads and visit existing and potential customers to assess needs and present suitable products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorised limits and close sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to support strategic decision-making.
- Respect and follow annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans and priorities.
- Schedule and manage own activities to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with customers to plan and implement marketing initiatives that support product visibility and sales growth.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and campaigns as required.
- Attend regular sales training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share best practices and contribute to team development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- English language skills - advanced level;
- An average level of Bulgarian language skills is a valuable asset to have, but not mandatory
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales metrics
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
