Planning and verifying the work of the employees in the department: This includes coordinating the activities of the maintenance teams and delegating tasks.
Monitoring and analyzing predictive maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, regular maintenance and efficiency of lubrication programs.
Implementing ARROP procedures for existing and newly purchased equipment.
Ensuring that employees are receiving the necessary training courses.
Developing procedures and instructions for maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, standards and procedures.

What you can bring to the role:

Higher studies on technical profile
Experience in the field - 5 years in a similar position
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
