Envipco offers a high energy, fast-paced environment with excellent growth opportunities.Summary: You will collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to build strong supplier partnerships, drive quality improvements, and support product lifecycle changes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement supplier evaluation, selection, and re-evaluation processes based on quality and risk criteriaLead and manage the annual supplier audit program and develop a standardized supplier audit frameworkEstablish and optimize incoming and outgoing inspection processes to detect issues before parts reach our facilitiesMaintain and update the approved supplier list based on ongoing performance assessmentsTrack and analyze supplier performance metrics (KPIs), identify quality trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the internal and external supply chainAct as the main technical liaison between suppliers, Engineering, and Supply ChainAssist with sourcing alternatives for End-of-Life (EOL) components and dual sourcing strategiesProvide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, including supplier-driven change requestsLead quality optimization projects to reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten delivery cycleQualifications:Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality auditsProficient in SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D); strong grasp of GD&T and technical drawingsSkilled in translating user needs into clear, sustainable processesStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focusExcellent communicator across all organizational levelsFluent in English; positive, proactive, and solution-driven mindsetEU valid driving license and willingness to travel in EuropeEnvipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
