- Accepting and responding to incoming requests from management or executive-specific tasks
- Creation of letters as well as internal messages taking into account existing business transactions
- Checking business transactions for completeness and correctness, reconciling with internal documents, clarifying differences and related issues
- Creation of management or executive-specific presentations according to specifications
- Preparing and conducting visits and planning and managing meeting rooms accordingly
- You have completed studies in communication or languages or finance, and you have presentation skills.
- You have experience in business management and in work for more than 2 up to 3 years.
- You have excellent English knowledge; other language would be an advantage.
