- Receive and process emergency service requests via email or service forms using Salesforce.
- Create notifications, release service orders in SAP, and handle outbound iDocs.
- Create and update equipment records in SAP and maintain customer master data.
- Manage debit memo requests (DMRs) to enable accurate customer invoicing.
- Correct invoice errors as needed.
- Process purchase orders and handle third-party invoicing and payments.
- Update customer contract data and manage equipment master data in SAP.
- Onboard new technicians and third parties.
- Handle additional email requests and ensure data accuracy.
- Ideally minimum 2 years of prior experience in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with administrative tasks and customer service.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Builds strong relationships and delivers solutions with the customer in mind.
- Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multilingual, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability: Able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle rapid change effectively.

- Social Competence: Demonstrates a service-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
