Advanced level of Polish(C1-C2)
Minimum B2 level of English(writing, speaking)
Availability for a full time schedule, 10:00-19:00, Monday - Friday
Availability to work from office in Bucharest (AFI Park 3 building)
Relocation package will be available for candidates from outside Bucharest
Basic knowledge of professional customer communication
Understanding of customer concerns
Customer care experience is an advantage
Banking experience is an advantage
Experience with Office 365, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint
Experience with using Jira software is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving attitude
Team player
Ability to collaborate across departments and teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Descrierea jobului Responsibilities:

Answer incoming requests from clients and providing support to them by channels provided by the Bank in Polish language professionally.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client´s issues and concerns
Handling outgoing calls with clients about ad-hoc data information, feedback
Closely cooperate with internal teams such as Back Office, IT or other departments to help customers with requirements
Register and handle incoming complaints or requests
Process product or customer data changes in internal banking systems
Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings
Ensure customer satisfaction
