The Financial and Planning Analyst is roficient in financial analysis and strategic planning, adept at interpreting complex data to support business decisions. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models to optimize company performance.Role description:

Processes data and participates in the analysis of operational, technical, marketing, salary, administrative and consulting expenses

Prepares detailed reports on types of costs

Monthly financial reporting for consolidation purposes, following IFRS and Group’s rules

Analysis and comments for deviation actual vs. budget

Processes information and assists in performing analyzes - support for cost optimization decisions

Offer support and financial advice to the directors from other departments, under the supervision of the team leader

Processes the data in order to prepare the group P&L on the types of expenses for which it is responsible

Prepares necessary information and different financial analyzes, depending on the requests of the management

Recommends the necessary changes in order to reach the targets of the departments and the company

Prepares weekly, monthly, annual reports and various analyzes with the obligation to comply with the deadlines indicated by the direct hierarchical superior

Qualifications:

University Degree in Accounting/ Finance

3 years working experience in financial analysis

IFRS knowledge

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Very good MS Office knowledge

Very good analytical and data gathering skills

Strong business orientation

Good verbal and written communication skills

Teamwork and problem-solving oriented
