Our team is responsible for the maintenance of all system contracts throughout the life cycle of the deal, including contract changes, price indexing, prolongations and termination͏Main responsibilities:

Sales Order Entry & Processing
Action Sales Orders by following step-by-step processes
Respond to and resolve enquiries, complaints or requests via internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained
Review each order for process and performance improvements
Monitor the order process to identify and explore opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, and Ensure contracts are price indexed and/or extended in line with relevant Terms & Conditio

Requirements:

Fluency in English and German
Good writing and comprehension skills in business context
Good speaking skills on both English and German, the ability to comprehend and deliver a clear message to the customer over the phone
Familiarity of MS office tools: outlook, excel
Good Understanding of Order to Cash/Sales Order Management process / Customer Fulfillment / Contract Management processes
Knowledge in Oracle R12 ERP instance would be an advantage and preferable
A clear focus on superior customer service and continuous business performance improvement
Previous experience in analyzing performance metrics and managing proactively for continuous improvement
Demonstrated capacity to apply statistical measures to workflows and performance monitoring
Task and goal-orientated, with high energy levels and strong attention to detail
Capable of prioritizing issues, and working with a sense of purpose and ownership
Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
Thinking process - Be proactive, ask and perform work.
