- Conduct market research and analysis to attract and build a portfolio of high-value customers.
- Meet the minimum sales and collection targets for all products in the company’s portfolio within your assigned customer portfolio.
- Categorise your customer portfolio in detail according to their value contribution to the company. Prioritise based on this classification.
- Regularly report your commercial activities to the relevant manager using available tools (CRM, email) within the company’s set time-lines and procedures.
- Foster loyalty and provide personalised follow-up to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team and other company teams to meet sales and collection goals, foster a positive work environment, and support pre and post-sale customer service and logistics processes.
- Handle credit and factoring operations in line with the financial, risk, and operational criteria set by the finance department.
- Participate in events, especially professional fairs in the photo-voltaic and electric vehicle charging sector.
