The future of data resilience is here - go fearlessly forward with us.We are looking for a Systems analyst to join our team.Systems Analyst is a key role in the Integrations team under the Corporate Technology umbrella. In this role, you will evaluate existing systems, business processes, and be involved in designing integrations between various systems. You will work closely with business partners, program managers, development and QA team members. You are expected to gather, analyze, and understand business needs, perform research and analysis on the requests to prepare functional requirements and technical solution. You are expected to support development team with the implementation of the solution and QA team during testing. You will regularly meet with stakeholders for prioritization and planning. You are expected to communicate regular updates with management and stakeholders. Your tasks will include:

Analyze business requirements, create integration solutions based on the requirements
Prepare functional/non-functional documents for the solution
Document technical solution in Confluence using standard templates and UML diagrams
Evaluate current systems and processes and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with business partners, program managers and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with development team on technical implementation, provide necessary guidance to QA team during testing phase
Conduct regular status update meetings with stakeholders
Take ownership of backlog building and grooming process
Establish relationship with business partners, working with them to deliver better value to the business

What we expect from you:

4+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in similar position in a team responsible for building integrations solutions
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, YAML
Knowledge of HTTP Protocol
Experience working with SQL queries and analyzing the data sets
Knowledge of UML and experience with algorithms, component diagrams, sequence diagrams
Experience working with tools like Postman/SoapUI for API testing
Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
Knowledge of integration patterns, components and basic understanding of micro-service architecture is optional but desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, documentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of common end-to-end business processes

Will be an advantage:

Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field
Knowledge of RAML (RESTful API Modeling Language) is a plus
Experience with an Integration platform MuleSoft is a big plus
