- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and data subjects to respond to escalations and questions (Privacy and personal data) as a first point of contact on a global scale.
- Perform analysis at the business transaction level to understand what happened, and what mitigation measures are to be taken.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve the company's risk management practices as it pertains to the processing of personal data.
- Create Privacy awareness while maintaining focus on a positive customer experience.
- Convince others to accept new concepts, practices and approaches in the domain of Privacy and Data Protection. Influence stakeholders to come to an agreement about issues that are operational in nature.
- Work effectively with team members and leadership by communicating Privacy trends and sharing ideas and knowledge.
- Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods. Analyze complex issues and modify working methods in a broader work area.
- Use a combination of manual and automated tools to proactively analyze various sources of data. • Support the design, creation, and maintenance of procedures for internal and external software and tools.
- Onboard new products and tools, support the implementation of automation workflows.
- Collaborate with software development and engineering teams for debugging and troubleshooting.
- Support the re-configuration and alignment of article 30 Record of Processing Activity tooling, collection and input of data into OneTrust
- Undertake discovery and confirmation of personal data processing
- Work closely with the project team (DPOs, Project Management, and Privacy Process Team) to achieve the overarching vision and deliver the inventories into a BAU process.
- Ability to investigate, retrieve and analyze data
- Ability to prioritize incoming escalations and requests appropriately using clear communications • Strong decision making ability and self-disciplined
- Strong assertive communication skills
- CIPP/E (IAPP) or CIPT certifications are a plus Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant specialised diploma in Privacy)
