
Field Tech Senior Analyst

- On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
- Interprets clients’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.
- Identifying risks and developing solutions for client tasks.
- Making recommendations for process improvements within the department.
- Preparing documentation to record and track issue resolutions.
- 2 years’ experience supporting end-users directly (and/or remotely) with issues regarding desktops, laptops, printers etc.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Analytical thinker who can assess situations quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Windows 365 and networking advanced knowledge (servers, cables, switches, disk-rays, alarms).
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Advanced English skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability to work fully on-site from the client’s office.
- Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL or other relevant certification.
- Experience working in a multinational company and collaborating with people from different cultures.
- Medium Spanish skills (nice to have).
