Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for🚀Requirements:

4+ years previous BA experience with banking industry role or banking experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CBAP) is a plus
Ability to moderate conversations and meetings with client (both business and IT)
Having storytelling abilities, to present the results of his/her work in a manner that draws attention and requires participation
Ability to coordinate a small team of 4 resources and share knowledge / best-practices with them, to raise the know-how levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with business process modeling (ARIS, Adonis, Flowchart, BPMN2.0) and documentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Confident in delivering presentations to C-level (e.g. steering committee)
Fluent in Romanian and English

Your future role

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executive (C-level)
Create detailed documentation of business requirements (functional specifications, user stories), processes, and solutions
Identifying gaps of requirements and clarifying them directly with the stakeholders
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Independently manage project activities or projects streams activities related to BA role
Act as coordinator of the BA team (3-4 team members)
Assist in recruiting, in coaching and developing the new joiners
