We are currently looking for a Senior CRM Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service) for our client, Ariston Group, a multinational company and global leader in thermal comfort solutions.As part of their ongoing digital transformation, Ariston is expanding its ecosystem of connected products and digital services. This role sits within the Digital Technology organization and plays a key role in designing, customizing, and delivering scalable CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service domains.Important: This is a technical role, focused on hands-on development and customization in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position is ideal for candidates coming from Dynamics Developer or Technical Consultant backgrounds, with the opportunity over time to expand into product or project-related responsibilities, depending on individual interests and strengths.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (hands-on customization & development)
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Service processes digitalization
Strong knowledge of:
  • Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, plugins)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with system integrations (SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.)
  • Experience in IT project management / product ownership roles or strong interest in transitioning into such roles
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability to travel (up to 25%)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other CRM/ERP platforms (SAP C4C, Oracle Field Service)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices in Dynamics 365 environments
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

  • Act as the bridge between business (Sales, Marketing, Service) and technical teams
  • Lead the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service modules)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog or coordinate project delivery in hybrid setups
  • Design, implement, and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe AEM)
  • Develop / supervise development of:
  • Custom entities, workflows, plugins
  • Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Ensure quality delivery through testing, validation, and alignment with acceptance criteria
  • Monitor KPIs, product performance, and project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues
  • Contribute across the full lifecycle: requirements, analysis, development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/suppliers
  • Define technical needs, support capacity planning, and contribute to resource allocation
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (scope, risks, status, architecture considerations)
  • Manage or support budget tracking and project governance
