  • Analyze and understand end-to-end Supply Chain Planning business processes
  • Design, implement, and configure SAP IBP solutions (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP / IBP for Response & Supply)
  • Lead business and functional workshops, translating business requirements into robust SAP IBP solutions
  • Prepare functional designs and support system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP S/4HANA, CPI, master data)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing senior-level consulting and recommendations
  • Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to internal capability building
  • Participate in presales activities, including effort estimations, solution design, and demos
QualificationsQualificationsQualifications
  • at least 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP or SAP APO / Supply Chain Planning (depending on level of expertise)
  • Proven track record in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (forecasting, demand & supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OP)
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA (CPI, CPI-DS is a plus)

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days

  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, and German nice to have
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit
