- Monitors all project / order relevant due dates for machine shipments from on time material deliveries, handover, acceptance coordination and shipments
- Presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the company's commercial standards and policies;
- Monitoring the achievement of the sales plan monthly, quarterly, annually
- Coordinates information exchange between customers, sales and CoC.
- Planning and carrying out customer visits
- Periodically carrying out market surveys and permanent monitoring of competition and customer satisfaction.
- Manages internal coordination of feasibility test requests from material arrival up to testing result presentation; arranges and manages feasibility tests with the respective CoC
- Secures active customer relation data management with up to date lead and opportunity management from agents/ distributors
- Marketing activities - involvement into different activities such as presentation/newsletter preparation, post on Linkedin (company account).
