Why do we need you ?This role is a position within the Technical and Industrial Performance/R&D Department at Saint-Gobain Romania.Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Analyzes cold-end production parameters that influence glass quality, electricity consumption, nitrogen, hydrogen and other consumables;
Connects the main types of defects that come from float workshops, annealing, cutting and stacking and the production parameters of these workshops;
Updates the databases and graphs related to the evolution of quality on the float line and the production parameters of the cold end.

Is this job for you ?

Graduated from the Technical University with a technological profile (chemical engineer, metallurgist, material scenice);
Ability to compile reports and technical presentations;
Ability to learn new methods and programs of analysis and management of industrial processes;
Knowledge of methods and tools for continuous improvement of processes (Kaizen, PDCA, Gemba walk);
Communication skills, organization, and coordination of project teams;
Advantage - experience working in an industrial environment;
Foreign language - english mandatory;
