Your responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities
Analyze production plans and schedules
Ensure production targets are met on time
Contribute to the optimization of production processes
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
Support the launch of new production projects
Plan and allocate resources to meet production indicators

Your profile

Graduate of a Technical University
13 years of experience in managing automotive production activities
Knowledge of control plans, PPAP, problem-solving methods, and 8D is a plus
Proficiency in English and/or German is an advantage
Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset
Strong communication skills
Solid leadership abilities
