You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and continuously improving business intelligence via PowerBI and Workday that provides stakeholders with actionable insights. This role will be based in Gdynia (Poland), Bangalore (India) or Bucharest (Romania) with a global remit, and reports into the Manager, People Business Intelligence & Reporting based in Gdynia (Poland).About the teamYou'll be a member of the People & Reward Analytics team, which equips leaders and decision makers with trusted, actionable and impactful insights by leveraging technology, internal & external data, science and business knowledge through effective partnership. Our primary goal is to inform decision making on people strategy and measure outcomes to track progress against it.
