Take over the technical leadership responsibilities for existing application. Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) and ensure smooth transition of responsibilities. Lead the design and development of backend services using Java / Spring / Microservices. Contribute to frontend development or support frontend architecture when needed. Guide the team on technical decisions, architecture, and best practices. Review code, enforce quality standards, and support team members in solving complex issues. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment. Support backlog refinement and provide technical input for estimations. Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and release processes. Mentor developers and help grow technical capabilities inside the team. Act as technical point of contact for the project.

SKILLSMust have

Strong experience with Java (8/11/17+) Solid experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices Experience working with REST APIs Experience with Frontend technologies (Angular / React / TypeScript / JavaScript) OR willingness to work on frontend when required Experience as Tech Lead / Team Lead / Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns Experience with SQL / relational databases Experience with Git / CI-CD / build pipelines Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with time-critical delivery

Nice to haveExperience in banking / financial / enterprise systems Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with Docker / Kubernetes Experience with full-stack development Experience taking over existing systems / KT transitions
