Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German are required. Bachelor's degree / Master's degree. Proven experience in customer service or consumer care role/handling complaints. Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure..
