Sales Manager - Financial Services Solutions (Software)

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets with a focus on financial services (leasing, consumer credit, asset finance).

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand prospects’ core challenges, pain points, and business goals.
• Qualify leads by aligning their needs with the capabilities of Charisma Financial Solutions

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads; drive opportunities from lead to signed contract
• Coordinate product demos and solution presentations in collaboration with technical teams;

• Develop tailored commercial proposals that address client-specific needs;
• Lead negotiation efforts to secure profitable and strategic wins.

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client demands.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

• Understanding regulations, processes, and digitalization needs specific to the financial sector – leasing and consumer credit.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate, influence, and build relationships with C-level executives to align solutions with business objectives and drive strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record in successful negotiation of contracts, deals, or agreements.

• Familiarity with relevant software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI or Risk management applications).
• Good knowledge of SaaS sales strategies, including subscription-based models is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical product benefits into client-friendly language.
