Your role:

Implementation of projects requiring IT components - applications, modules, information systems.
Analysis of business stakeholder requirements to create technical specifications .
Responsible for writing technical and functional documentation.
Communicating and supporting technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners based on a standardized request submission process.
Validation of technical solutions proposed by internal/external partners through Functional Specification Documents, aiming for optimal integration between various elements: applications, infrastructure, data, business processes, business organization, IT organization.
Providing support during the project lifecycle and post-implementation (writing technical test scenarios, doing together with business UAT, UAT signoff).
Supporting the “Change Management” process (communication, organizational transformation, move to production, hyper care).
Providing Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility, supporting Level 1 teams and contributing to the optimization of repetitive processes.
Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions.

Your profile:

Technical experience in the Ecommerce domain is required.
Participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions
Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
Language spoken and written: Romanian / English
