Partner with cross-functional teams in the customer lifecycle marketing strategy for Veeam - starting with audience segmentation, campaign message development, and building out a campaign journey and execution plan.
Develop and implement customer retention marketing plans including reactive retention (win back offers); proactive retention (nurturing); and expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell).
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, customer content development, and digital execution to ensure effective execution.
Consult and advise on solutions to optimize performance of campaign tactics including selection criteria, chanel targeting, A/B testing, success measurement and benchmarking.
Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards that track key metrics around customer lifecycle for marketing teams and senior leadership
Work closely with functional teams representing Renewals, Product Marketing, Reporting, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Operation
Manage multiple projects simultaneiously with strong project management skills.
Leverage global best practices to deeply embed our customers into our product to drive active usage and stickiness.
Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required
At least 2 years of experience in marketing campaigns
Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
Knowledge of an email marketing platform
Experience with Google Analytics or other web monitoring platform
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers would be a plus
