Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and contribute to the development of business strategies
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
Experience in building and maintaining a positive and collaborative HR team culture
Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Experience managing organizational change, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Ability to facilitate and lead cultural transformation within the organization
Proven track record in fostering a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.
Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation.
Experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
Ability to design and implement employee development program
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively communicate HR strategies and policies to employees.
