- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving for sales excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline management, using CRM software.
- University graduate (automation, electro-mechanical installations).
- English - Advanced, German is an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to optimally communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record to build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions-oriented support.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales objectives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of leading multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
