Connected Solutions Administrator with ItalianMichelin is hiring!-What we’re looking for:Fluency in English and Italian (at least B2 level);Good Excel skills;Customer Service or invoicing experience is considered a plus;Problem solving skills and ability to deal with numbers;Team-worker attitude;Customer-oriented approach.Analytical thinking competencies;Solution focused.The Services and Solutions Administrator responsibilities:Customer Service Level 1 : Remote Support to Customers and Service Providers (Claim management included):

Provide operational support to the customer or service provider technician through different channels (phone, chat, email, etc.).

Management of contracts / prices / commercial conditions:Correct and timely setting of manual prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and KAMVerification of contracts, price accuracy and commercial conditionsPerforming internal control processes applicable to prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and KAMKeeping the archives up to date for the contracts entrustedProposal for solutions to improve processesIn Michelin we offer:
