DescriptionWe’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated trainees, eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise-level systems using COBOL.

  • Have strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn COBOL and work with mainframe technologies.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills.Good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured programming practices.
  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Adaptability to new languages, platforms, and frameworks.
Job responsibilities
  • Take part in Summer Trainee Program, where you will learn from experienced software developers how to become one of them.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing legacy COBOL applications.
  • Debug and test COBOL programs under the supervision of senior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into code.
  • Document processes, code changes, and system updates clearly and effectively.
